The Antioch Music Foundation is a non-profit public benefit corporation established in the State of California on September 20, 2005. Our mission is to support music in the public schools, empower the youth and cultivate a vibrant community through musical events in partnership with other non-profit and grass-root community organizations. The Foundation is managed by eleven Board of Directors who serve without compensation.

Our primary objectives and purposes are:

• To provide music education opportunities to the general public
  specific but not limited to the youth of Antioch, California;



• To sponsor concerts/contests to encourage public performances
  that will showcase musical talents;



• To organize events/exhibits using music as the universal medium
  to promote appreciation of different cultural traditions; and



• To assist the music programs of the Antioch Unified School District
  through a musical instrument acquisition and repair program.
